Getting Started
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000–5,000 pieces per product. For sheet masks and some personal care products, the MOQ may be 10,000 pieces. For luxury or high-end custom products, the MOQ may be lower at 1,000–3,000 sets. Please contact us for specific product MOQ information.
How do I start working with ALLAN International?
Simply send us your product requirements via our inquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Our team will review your requirements and respond within 24 hours with a consultation proposal. We’ll then guide you through the entire process from formula selection to production.
Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes, we always provide samples for your approval before mass production. Sample development typically takes 7–14 days for standard products and 14–21 days for custom formula development. Sample fees may apply but are usually deducted from your first order.
What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we need: product type, target formula or efficacy direction, packaging preference, quantity, target market and any specific regulatory requirements. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our quote will be.
OEM/ODM Services
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you provide the formula and we manufacture it under your brand. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you choose from our existing formulas and we customize packaging and branding for you. OEM gives you more formula control; ODM is faster to market.
Can you develop a completely new formula for me?
Yes, our in-house R&D center can develop custom formulas from scratch. We have experienced cosmetic chemists who can create formulas based on your efficacy requirements, target skin type, preferred ingredients and regulatory requirements.
Can you help with packaging design?
Yes, we offer full packaging customization including bottle selection, label design, color box design and gift set packaging. We can work with your existing design or create new packaging designs based on your brand guidelines.
Do you provide private label service?
Yes, we provide complete private label service. We can apply your brand name, logo, label design and any required regulatory information to the products. We also provide all necessary documentation for import and registration.
Quality & Certifications
What certifications does ALLAN International hold?
We hold GMPC (Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics), ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and our products can be certified for REACH (EU), FDA (USA), HALAL and other market-specific requirements. We work with accredited third-party labs including SGS and BV.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a comprehensive quality management system covering incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, finished product testing, stability testing and third-party verification. Our 100,000-grade GMPC clean workshop ensures a controlled production environment.
Can you provide product safety and stability test reports?
Yes, we provide full quality documentation including Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), stability test reports, safety evaluation reports and third-party lab test reports as required.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Complex products or large orders may require 35–50 days. We provide a production schedule and regular updates throughout the process.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 30–50% deposit before production and balance before shipment. For established clients, we may offer more flexible terms. We accept T/T bank transfer and other payment methods.
Do you handle export documentation?
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight, air freight and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We can ship to any country worldwide. For large orders, sea freight is most cost-effective. For samples and urgent orders, we recommend air freight or express.
